Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled experience will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling

• Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled experience.

3. No-Shows

• No-shows are non-refundable.
