By booking or participating in a HiDE experience, you agree to the terms below.

Bookings & Payments

A deposit is required to secure your spot. Full payment must be completed by the deadline provided at booking. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for cancellations depend on timing and recoverable costs from third-party providers. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

Experience Changes

HiDE may adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or logistical needs. Any changes are made thoughtfully and with the intent of preserving the quality of the experience.

Single Occupancy

Single accommodations may require a single supplement, based on the real cost difference between single and shared rooms.

Health & Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you are physically and mentally able to participate. Travel involves inherent risks, and participation is at your own discretion.

Third-Party Services

HiDE designs and leads each experience while working with independent hotels, guides, and operators. HiDE is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

Photography & Media

HiDE may capture photos or video during experiences for promotional use unless you notify us in advance. You retain full ownership of your personal work.

Conduct

Respectful behavior toward fellow travelers, local communities, and guides is required. HiDE may remove participants whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

Liability

HiDE is not responsible for events beyond its reasonable control. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the experience.
